I can't publish my report connected to Azure SQL Database with import mode (1.5 G). I use premium capacity of Power BI along a group of users.
Publishing to Power BI
An error occured while attempting to publish 'Name_report': The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.

In your scenario, please follow below steps to troubleshoot the issue:
1.Does the workspace you publish to use premium capacity?
2.Which workspace do you publish to? If it is an app workspace, please verify you have write permission to this app workspace.
3.Check if the issue is related to the report itself. Try to create a new report in desktop and publish it to this same group workspace. For example, reports which gets data from excel on-premises and is limited less than 1GB.
