Can't open 'Get more visuals' in PBI Desktop App

Hi everyone,

Could someone help me figure out why I cna't open the 'Get more visuals' option in PBI Desktop?

It just briefly flashes a blank white box, and then closes. I can still open the option on the browser PBI service version though.

@powerjey It's been cropping up lately with the February update although it may have been an AppSource issue. I'm was also having the issue yesterday but not today. See thread here:

@Greg_Deckler Thanks for the update Greg. I will just wait to see if they fix it soon and download visuals manually if needed.

That's strange! I just checked mine and it is working. Try re-starting Power BI desktop and or re-starting your computer. Also, if you haven't updated to the latest version, try that.
