Can't get simple conditional formatting applied correctly

I have a table where I'm trying to apply conditional formatting based on the value in the column, but the formatting doesn't seem to match the rule I've set. Somehow the background formatting is being applied to values over 30.44% and not being applied to values over 29.45%.

The measure I'm using is Measure_1 = DIVIDE(sum(Table[Impressions]),sum(Table[Clicks]))

Hi @ERing
Change your condition to :
>=0.2945 NUMBER
<
0.3044 NUMBER

it will work.

I attached pbix with my example :

@ERing ,
Update: I realized @Ritaf1983 has already answered. Please consider that answer.

When you have a ratio column the values are in the range of 0 to 1 usually

means 25% is .25 .

Also use number not Percent, Percent is for allocation not Percent Measure
