Can't find Column Chart Data Label Density

a__miller_0-1642105190660.pnga__miller_1-1642105248684.png

I've researched that changing Data Label density to 100% can help show all labels. Is there any way to do this with the column chart attached?

Hi @a__miller

Try to change the Display unit of your data lable to thousands and play with font size to find the best solution.

@Greg_Deckler and @VahidDM , thanks for your help. Unfortunately, when I filter to the SKU level, some inventory levels are less than 1,000. This makes .5k a difficult label to use. I will play around with the format.

@a__miller Your best option is to probably shorten up your data labels by choosing to display them as "Auto" or "Thousands" so you get $338K for example. Can always hover over the column to get the exact amount in the tooltip.

@Greg_Deckler  I see. So is there any way to show every data label on the graph regardless of size?

@a__miller Unless I am mistaken, label density is a property of the x-axis when you have the x-axis display numbers or dates, and x-axis Type is set as Continuous. This is for Line charts for example. I am not aware of a data labels density setting in any visual.
