Can't filter by specific value in column

Hello! I've encountered a real strange problem while making a drill through page. I have a table "Shoppers" with a column "Status" including values "Verified", "Unverified", and "Unregistered". The drill through page is using this field to present a few histograms and cards with measures for selected status. And here strange things begin: everything is working for "verified" and "unverified" classes, but there are 'empty' and blank histograms for "unregistered". Moreover when I tried to look at the data in a table visual, filter by "status" field worked in the same way: I couldn't get "unregistered" shoppers, but for other classes everything is OK. Any suggestions what's the reason for this?

Could you please provide some sample data in Shoppers table and the related screenshot about your visual setting in order to make troubleshooting? If there is any measure involved in your visual, please also provide their formula. Thank you.

@Anonymous ,Not very clear. Is there some data missing in the master/dimension table?

There are unregistered shoppers, I can even count them. But I can't split them by country and even see the rows in the "Shoppers" table with "unregistered" in column Shoppers[Status].
