Can't display visual on random days for users viewing published report

Sometimes report viewers get the following error: Can't display visual

a100_0-1686733698529.png

I have tried refreshing the visuals, resharing, sharing the underlying data set, clearing the chache, multiple web browsers, replublishing new versions. Some days it works and some days the above is displayed but only for one or two users: everyone else can view the data as normal.

Yes, visuals breaking like this usually means missing access to the underlying columns.

By OLS, do you mean that every user needs to have access to the source data tables? And if they do not, this could be causing some uses to see the visual display issues?

And you yourself cannot reproduce it? Any OLS in play?
