Can't determine relationships between the fields

i have 3 tables all having numeric key ID. Sample of each table below. Main  ID Name Date TIme   Action:  ID Action Item   Reponsibility: ID Responsible item   Not all records in table...

    cheezy 
    For example, if the Main to Action is both direction, when have all 3 tables in a visual, the Responsibility table value cannot determine whether the filter context is from main table to action table. Just make both relationship to single direction, Main => Action, Main =>Responsibility.
