Can't connect to postgresql in Azure

My Power BI Desktop stopped connecting to PostgreSQL, and I can't make the necessary configurations to get it working. I noticed there is a message on the PostgreSQL server in Azure, and I downloaded and imported the certificates mentioned there. However, I still can't connect.

Other applications on my machine can connect, but Power BI still doesn't work.
