Can't connect to my Power Bi datasets. Error message: The specific power bi workspace not found!

Hello all, 

This is Brenda and I desparately need some help to connect to my power bi datasets. 

It all went fine before but from last week, I am not able to connect to my power bi datasets anymore. Every time when I try to connect, such error message appeared: 

Can someone suggest what should I do? I have reported this issue but no respond yet.

Hello @Yiyi_1989.,

Did you check the Power BI workspace that is still available and you still have access to it and the same access as before ?

Hey, thanks a lot for your reply! I am the admin to that workspace, so I should have access to it all the time.

Did you check that this workspace wasn't deleted or name changed ?

can you try going into power query and try to refresh the tables there.

Thanks for your message. No, it is not working. I tried to have a new Power Bi file and then trying the import whatever data from my power bi datasets, all with the same issue, that the speicified power bi workspace is not found. I even created a new workspace with a new data set, it is still the same issue. I really do not know what have gone wrong....
