Can't connect to Azure SQL Database

Hi all,

I'm trying to connect Power Bi desktop to Microsoft Azure SQL database, but i was unable to connect to the database. So, help me to connect the Microsoft Azure SQL database to power BI.

NOTE : It showed like [This could be because the pre-login handshake failed or the server was unable to respond back in time.]
