I can disable this function in Power BI Desktop, but after publishing the report, this function is default-enabled in the Power BI service. When I try to disable this function manually in the Power BI service, all my color settings are lost.
How can I solve this problem?
Hi @chengyubai - you can try to turn off this in current file report settings and preview features to as shown in below snapshot
Hope it works, check once and let know

Thanks for the reply from@rajendraongole1,please allow me to provide another insight:
Hi,@chengyubai
Thanks for letting us know your user experience. According to your case description, I do understand how frustrated you are now.
This issue has been confirmed as a known issue internally.
The alternative we can give at the moment is to change the Tooltip in the visual format in edit mode after turning off the "Modern Tooltip function", as shown in the following image:
Please be patient to wait for fixing. If there is any news, I will update it here.
Thanks for your understanding.

Hi @Anonymous ,
Thank you for your help and providing the information. Everything looks great in Power BI desktop. However, when I republish to the Power BI service, no changes are reflected. The "Modern Tooltip function" still opens. I will wait for your update.
Thank you.
Hi,@chengyubai
Thank you for your interest and quick reply.
The information we have so far is:
We do support converting non-modern tooltip styles to modern tooltip styles; We do not support the opposite path. Modern tooltip options will soon be mandatory for all reports.
So I hope you can look forward to the update of the version to fix the problems you are experiencing.
Thank you for your understanding. If you have any new questions, you are welcome to contact us.
