Can't authorize Google Analytics

Hi PBI'ers,

 

I am trying to connect to Google Analytics, when I click "Allow", the button becomes like beneath.

And nothing happens....

In the web app, I can authorize to this analytics account.

Please tell me how to fix this!

    hi, Anonymous 

    1. Sign out Power BI (not close the browser directly), clear all the history of the browser if possible. Try again.

    2. Check the status of your Google Analysis account.

     

    Please try again following this official documentation. Get the Apps from Apps option in the pane. If you still have this issue after 2 hours, please file a support ticket as this document says.
