Can't See Visualization Formatting Options for Column Chart

Hi. Can someone explain why I can't see the "Format Visual" options for the column chart here? This keeps happening. I click away from the visual and click back and it just gives me the formatting options for the page. The colmn chart visual is clearly selected below. 

I never dealt with this before. What's up?

    Based on your screenshot provided, it seems you have clicked on the visual in the report page but the Power BI desktop seems still recognize you are clicking on the page to show the setting for the "Page information" in the format bar, I noticed that the Power BI has released the latest version with some bug fix last week, I suggest you to go to this official download link to check if the issue can be solved in the latest version of Power BI desktop.

    Download Microsoft Power BI Desktop from Official Microsoft Download Center

     

    You can also try switch the computer to run the same .pbix report and check if the issue is related to your local computer stuck situation or the report level.
