Can't Right Click for New Quick Measurement

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to right click one of my values to create a Quick Measurement but it's not presenting me with the option. 

I have the feature enabled in my settings for Quick measurements. I can also start a quick measurement in the calculation section at the home tab. 

Can someone tell me if it's a new update or if I'm missing something.

Could you please check the below setting and enable Quick Measures?

File ---> Options & Setting ---> Options ---> Preview Features ---> Quick Measures.

I already have Quick measure suggestions enabled.
