Can't Remove a Default Visual Filter in my Report

I have a visual where i track the current YTD collections and compare it with the previous YTD to see progress, for some reason, in this report, the year is fixed to the current year and I can't remove it. any help?

Hi @Anonymous 

Please check the filters applied to the other visuals on the page.

The likelihood is you will have a filter applied to another visual setting the year to 2019 which is carrying through to the visual you have selected.
