Can't Connect to SQL Server

Hi All,

Server 2012 32GB machine using May 2023 Power BI Report Server and when I try to 'get data' or from power query as either new source or recent SQL Server connection errors;

"Something Went Wrong, Error"

I copy the details to notepad,

Exception Result Message: "Specified argument was out of range of values. Parameter name: maxworkingSetinMB" 

I tried increasing the memory to;

Maximum memory used per simultaneous evaluation 7372

I thought this amount is valid and should be fine, does anyone know what the problem is?
