Can't Click OK after selecting options in the Options (Preview features)

I selected the options but then couldn't press the OK button in the Options.

I deleted the current Power BI desktop and reinstalled it but the problem was not resolved.

I have updated to the latest version now (April 2024)

Does anyone know how to solve it? Please help me.

Hi, @quynhttk

You can try turning off your antivirus software or launching Ballbidsktop in administrator mode.
Or enable tracing to collect detailed log files:

Go to File > Options and settings > Options. Under the Global tab, select Diagnostics. Check the box for Enable tracing.

After enabling tracing, try to replicate the issue by selecting the options and clicking the OK button. Then, locate the trace logs on your local computer. The path to where the trace logs are stored can be found in the same Diagnostics section. For more details on diagnostics in Power BI Desktop, please refer to this documentation:

Thanks for your response @v-yohua-msft

After I select the options when I press the OK button there is no response, it freezes, no pop-up box, no notification (the OK button is not gray). I can only press the Cancel button.

Hi, @quynhttk

Will this pop-up pop-up appear when you click OK after selection?

vyohuamsft_0-1712712428032.png

If there is no pop-up box, I want to know if there are other pop-up boxes or other messages when you click OK, or if there is no action when you click OK, and the OK button is gray and cannot be clicked
