Can not show the data

Hello Any one,

 

I have several issues regarding about sharing PowerBI to other members.  I have given the access to other members for the dataset and workspace to show this report :

 

but it only shows the header and the table without showing any data, as shown in the screenshot below:

There is no filter is applied in the filter pane, I have tried this on diferent browser but it didn't work, 

 

Pleases Help me to solve this problem,

    Hey Ajeck,

     

    You're not giving us much to go on.

     

    Is the Dataset in the same workspace or is it just part of the same report?

    Is there any Row Level Security on the report?

    How/where did you assign access, and what rights did you give them?

    What is the source of the data? Is it import or direct query?

    What licensing are you using?

    Have they tried clicking the refresh button in the top right corner, above the report?

    Thank you for helping me, about your question :

    Is there any Row Level Security on the report?  >>> No....,

    How/where did you assign access, and what rights did you give them?>> i assign acces in trough send link. 

    I give them Workspace Viewer on report and read permissions on Data Set

     What is the source of the data? Is it import or direct query? >>> It is direct query

    What licensing are you using? >>> Both I and them using Pro license

    Have they tried clicking the refresh button in the top right corner, above the report? >>> Yes they have

      Ok, so direct query, what is the datasource SQL, Snowflake, something else?

      If it's on prem, do you have gateways setup?

      Have you checked the credentials on the Dataset?

    yes direct query, and I used sql data source, on prem and we use gateways..
