Can not show the data in virtualization

I can't show the data in the visualization. For example, the default pie chart in Picture 1 is fine, but when I put the data (Gender) into the pie chart, it won't display. The same situation occurs w...

    Hi BenChang 

     

    In the Values section you need to add a measure or a column that you an count on, in this case maybe an employee id?
