@jaypatel Is the ODBC connection defined on your gateway?
Otherwise, You could check the Issues forum here:
https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues
And if it is not there, then you could post it.
If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
Yes, My connection has established successfully. And gateway is perfect running on the server.
Gateway connection:
But when I refresh dataset it throws me below error.
P.S.: I have just changed the DSN name. Which I had asked in question and reply in this answer are the same gateway connection.
Thanks,
Jay
@jaypatel But is your ODBC data source defined on the gateway? That's the question. And, is it defined correctly in the 64-bit and not the 32-bit?
Thanks for your response.
Yes I have configured ODBC driver with my server credentials. And I have tried with both bit of version i.e. 32-bit and 64-bit.
