Can not rearrange Page level Filter cards

Hello All,

 

I know that Power BI had a similar bug during last June-July where users were not able to rearrange filter card in page level filter section. I am having the same issue (surprisingly in only one page). I have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the latest version but the issue persists.
