Can my bins overlap? I want to show % of a within 0-10, 0-20, 0-30 etc

I am trying to find a way to achieve a Matrix that shows me what % of my customers are within 0-10 minutes then 0-20 then 0-30 of various locations. Is it possible that you can create bins that overlap each other?

In short, it isn't yet supported. Instead, you may customize measures in DAX.
