Can many people work in the same Power Bi document at the same time?

I know that people can collaborate, however, not sure if they can work in the same file at the same time. if that is posible please let me know.

No. Power BI Desktop does not have the ability to allow multiple people to access and edit the same PBIX file. There is a UserVoice vote for this feature.

Not sure exactly what that means. You can put the file wherever you want and as many people as you want can work on the file, but not simultaneouisly. Only one person at a time can be editing the PBIX file.
