Can What If parameter input, filter/slicer value be passed to SQL Server stored procedure?

Is there is a way how to use report user selection, like What If parameter input, filter/slicer value for data to be retrieved in Direct Query mode via SQL Server stored procedures?

ex. User selects Country and that value passed to storedProcedure @Country call for data retrieval?

Hi  @vasko ,

Yes,you can create a dax expression using "what if "parameter,or directly use query parameter, see below references:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/transform-model/desktop-what-if

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-query/power-query-query-parameters

Best Regards,
Kelly
