Can Power BI read Symbol of greater than / lesser than?

Hi guys,

I would like to check is Power BI capable to read the "Greater than / Greater and equal to / Lesser than / Lesser and equal to" symbol in table?
I have the dateset of conditional color based on value for each KPIs.
Sample like below:

Column 1Column 2Column 3Column 4Column 5Remark
KPI 1<=

0.125

>

0.5

Lesser
KPI 2<0.6>=0.8Greater

With remark "Lesser" means the lesser the value is better while remark "Greater" means the larger the value is better.
Conditional Colour try to achieve as below:
KPI 1 is <= 0.125 show Green, >0.5 show Red, else Yellow
KPI 2 is >= 0.8 show Green, < 0.6 show Red, else Yellow

Can this be achieve by table above, where Power BI can read the symbol "< / <=".
Kindly advise, thanks!!

Hi @Lim_Yit_Chuen ,

Your demand is a good idea, while it is not supported to implement in Power BI currently.
You can submit a new idea to improve the Power BI.
It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . What’s more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.

@Lim_Yit_Chuen

First you have to create new column to your table. And create the conditional colour to your visualization or dataset

Or you can read the article to help you

Hi @chrisyan_manalu

Thanks for replying.
FYI the table shown in my post is dataset is not visualization, am seeking method for Power Bi to read and understand the column 2 & column 4.
