Can Power BI auto update when linked to Dynamics Business Central 365?

Hi

Can Power BI auto update when linked to Dynamics Business Central 365 whenever changes are made in Dynamics?

If so, how do i turn this on / what is it called?

Hi @Sean-OReilly ,

Do you mean scheduled refresh? A scheduled refresh refreshes the data in the semantic model at intervals you set, 8 times per day for Professional licenses and 48 times per day for Premium licenses.

Thanks for your help and response Gao.

I wasn't refering to scheduled refresh, I already have that up and running for my data.

I was referring to Live Connection / DirectQuery.

Is it possile to turn this on retrospectively to existing connections? 

I'm trying to avoid having to completely rebuild my dataset, tables & reports.
