Can Power BI arrange Values on top of columns like Excel Pivot

I have a matrix visual in Power Bi but need to arrange the values on top of the columns similar to this Excel pivot table.  Is this possible in Power  BI?

You can do that with a calculation group, using tabular editor. Create a calculation item for each measure (just use your measure as the expression in each, as shown in bottom pic) and use the column from the calc grp (default is "Name") in a matrix visual above your year column. You can then put any measure in the Values, as your calc grp will overwrite it.

How can this be accomplished without a Calculation Group? Creating a calculation group disables implicit measures in Power BI, which ruins much of my report.

Hi

How would this work in the new Power BI Desktop and PowerBi Service Calculation group interface

I have created a calcilatin group with "Name" and then I have my measures I am dropping in with a current value (The value of the particular month), but I get this view

Month
Measure 1 | Measure 2

not

Measure 1                                      Measure 2
Month1 | Month 2                 Month1 | Month 2
