Can Power BI Visual Table/Matrix showing dirrent row elements in x and y axis?
I need to prepare a report as below, is Power BI able to add rows of different elements across the measures as shown in picture?
And column is it possible to be not standard as well?

Anyone could tell if this is possible to achieve using Power Bi? if this is not available, any other software able to achieve this?
