Can I use iPad Pro create chart report ?

Hi All i am able to use note book to log in to PBI service to create chart report. but when I using iPad Pro log into PBI service , I can  find the icon to create chart report.  
Need Help

Anonymous , Click on three dots see you have an edit option. On windows, it was there before it
