Can I unpivot this column in Power BI?

I'm new to Power BI an I'm working with the November Zendesk Content Package for Power BI.  It includes a 'Ticket_Metrics' table with automatically calculated columns.

I've specifically isolated one of those columns below, selected the 11th row, and you can see two numbers next to calendar and business, respectively.

• Is this "Record "field containing two values some kind of Power Pivot output?
• How do I pull these two seperate numbers out and put them intot their own column?

I've tried to "Unpivot Columns" but it doesn't seperate the numerical values.

Try to clicking to Expand Columns, icon on the right of reply_time_in_minutes column
