Can I plot a graph when multiple criteria is available?

Hi There,

I would like to know whether it is possible to plot a graph when multiple parameters are available. I mean there is set of rows of data and it (legends) repeats for different SBUs and the data differs through years in column.

I would like to plot one graph in Power BI and provide a slicer option to select the SBU and graph should change the values accordingly. Is this possible in Power BI?

Below is the screenshot of the data.

Hi @Anonymous,

If I understand you correctly, it could be done in Power BI. You need to transform your data first with the Pivot and Unpivot option in Query Editor. The transformed data should be like below.

SBU MonthYear Demand Plan $ Actual $ Prior Year $ Statistical KG
PG Jan-16 $1,000,000  $1,000,000  $1,000,000  $1,000,000  $1,000,000
PG Feb-16 $1,000,000  $1,000,000  $1,000,000  $1,000,000  $1,000,000
PG Mar-16 $1,000,000  $1,000,000  $1,000,000  $1,000,000  $1,000,000
