Can I do the following in power bi

I have two columns in a table in one is called

warehouse and one is called factory

For example factory is

Atlanta

Nashville

Birmingham

Warehouse

Juno

Los Angeles

New York

They are two seperate column.

My question is can I create a parameter that lets me choose which column I want to display

in my matrix row.

For example if I want only matrix I can pick parameter Matrix

and I get

Atlanta

Nashville

Birmingham

Hello,

Yes you can add them both as field parameter and put the value in the matrix and you can change between them using a slicer.

First you go to the modeling tab then new parameter then  pick fields

after that add the factory field and the warehouse field and click create

You'll now have a slicer and a table with this new parameter that has the field, so drag this field to a matrix and use the slicer to switch with the field you want
