Based on your description, the probability is that wrong or unreasonable voucher information is causing the problem. You can troubleshoot it in the following ways:
- Check permissions: Make sure the user account you are using has the required permissions to trigger the flow.
- Adjust data source settings: In Power BI, go to Data Source Settings and clear any existing credentials for the Power Automate stream. Then, try reconnecting using the appropriate authentication method.

Thanks Anonymous for the suggestions!
Clearing existing credentials didn't help, I still get the same results as above.
As for the "Check Permissions" suggestion, in Power Automate the flow is set to allow anyone in my tenant (which includes me). If there are any other permissions I need to check or set to allow this to work, can you point me to what I should be checking?
