Call Centre Daily Occupancy

Is this your expected result?
Two measures:
- Users Logged In:=DISTINCTCOUNT('Sample Data'[User])
- Occupancy %:=DIVIDE([Users Logged In], 24, BLANK())
The filter context will take care of filtering for the appropriate date for you.
