Calendar Visual by MAQ - Blank

Hello, I’m trying to use the Calendar Visual by MAQ, but when i publish the dashboard online, it goes blank.

Does anyone know what is causing this issue?

Can you share some screenshot here please on what you mean by the visual goes BLANK?
