Calculation of rows with blank

Hello all,

I want to calculate a measure which have requirement like : 
Part received in current month but "Date Inspection Finished" is blank.
received date and inspection date is in date format.
I have to display this counting in the form of months.

Current month means that perticular month,please help me out to solve this

Maybe you can try some code like this:

countrows( filter('table',  isblank([inspection date]) )
