Calculation change of Inventory / diference dates

Hi Community,

I am new to Power-Bi and i'm trying to calculate the diference of items on stock based in 2 dates. I get the data irregulary - but I need to know the difference between the dates.

For example - please see the lsit below. I would like to calculate the difference between the days - what is the best way to do this
