Calculation between consecutive rows in dynamic table

Hi Power BI Community,

 

I hope that you'll bring me solutions to the problem that I've been stucking with for a few days. I couldn't find a solution in similar subjects.

I have a facts table that lists personnel events for a company that has multiple departments. So for one event there is the reference, one date and the name of the personne involved with its department.

I would like to obtain in a dynamic measure (not a calculated column) the maximum value based on the difference between the date in row and the previous one(sorted by ascending date), and that whatever the department selected in a slicer. (The first event can't have a value)

I can get the result for all the table but not for filtered context
