Calculating the effectiveness of a BI project

Good afternoon!

Colleagues, I would like to get information about the calculation of the effectiveness of the implementation of BI systems in the organization's activities. What criteria are taken, how much % of the savings from them are accounted for by the BI system, examples of cases.

I think Microsoft should have some summary statistics of the implementation of Power BI (if there is-you can use ReportServer specifically).
