Calculating previous year
Hey community! Could you perhaps assist me on this one? I want to calculate previous year years value. Problem is that it only works when I have 2 years selected, I tryed both SAMEPERIODLASTYE...
soderqvistn As a best practice, add date dimension in your model and use it for and time intelligence calculations. There are many posts on how to add date dimension and below is the link to a few. Once the date dimension is added, mark it as a date table on table tools.

Once you have date dimension, previous year calculation will be based on this date dimension.
