I have a table visual:
I want to add a column showing the average Cost per Station name.
That is, either a formula that divides the total cost column with the total number column, or using one of the average functions, with a condition, such that it knows it is per station name. I have, however, not been able to get either to work.

I don't think there is an option to add additional custom column(average etc) in the existing Matrix visual currently. You may need to show the average Cost per Station name on another Table/Matrix visual. I would suggest you add it as an idea on Power BI Idea to improve Power BI on this feature.
