Calculating average products groups purchased customer in rolling 28 days

hi Pros,

 

Could you please me with Dax for calculating average Product groups purchase by customers in rolling 28 days.

averageX(values(Table[Customer]), calculate(distinctcount(Table[Product groups])))

@Anonymous , what do mean by that. Can you share an example.

 

You can get last 28 days measure like this example using date tbale

 

Rolling 28 = CALCULATE(sum(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESINPERIOD('Date'[Date ],MAX('Date'[Date ]),-28,DAY))

 

You can plot that with product group

 

 

or

Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.

Hi Amit ,

 

On Average how many Material product groups (i.e which is in material table) purchased by customers.
we might have 40 product groups, we have 100 customers .. on average how many product groups are the customer purchasing.

customer         number of Product groups    weeks   average PG for week1

customer 1                  3                                   1            total pg/ unique customers 9/3 =3

customer 2                  5                                    1

customer 3                  1                                    1

customer 1                  1                                    2
