Calculating Percentage in Matrix : Visual Calculation or something else?

Hello, 

I have created the below matrix and have the overdue percentage - but i need this to show as no decimals and actually as a percentage - is a visual calculation to best way to do this? (i think not?!)

I also think that there are formating options available there, select the column and format it, also select % sign to show it in visual.

We already have format options for visual calculations.
