guy_sextus is it possible to post a screenshot of what your data looks like?  and if you have more than one table a picture of your relationships

    Hi,

            The data looks like this

     

    Table: Calendar Entry

    Field: StartTime        Data: 12/07/2017 06:00

    Field: FinishTime       Data: 12/07/2017 08:00

    EmployeeID             Data: 06

     

    The only relationship (of relevance to this query) is a link to the Employee Table for the employee data.
