Calculating Leaves

I am creating Leaves Report
My rules like
1. Leave accrued in one leave cycle must be used within 18 months. The unused accrued leave will be forfeited after 18 months

2.A leave cycle is equal to 12 months from the day and month of employment (e.g. Your employment date = 1 January 2015. Your leave cycle will always be 1 January to 31 December = 12 months. You would be given until 30 June to take leave accrued in this cycle. On 1 July any unused leave from this cycle will be forfeited)
