    hI rellis ,

    Pls taste the below:

    Downgrades =
IF (
    Gift[Total Giving Diff YOY] < 0,
    CALCULATE (
        DISTINCTCOUNT ( Gift[Constituent_id] ),
        FILTER ( ALL ( Gift ), Gift[Total Giving Diff YOY] < 0 )
    ),
    BLANK ()
)
