    Waseem, oh i'm sorry for missing in quickly typing. there is misssing filter in the expression:

     

    Cumulative_Actual =
CALCULATE (
    SUM ( 'TB'[Actual_KD] ),
   filter( ALL ( 'Dates' ),
    'Dates'[Date] <= MAX( 'Dates'[Date] ))
)

    please kindly try again with calculated measure
