    Hi, Anonymous 

    You may need to replace sum with average.

     

    Shortage = MAX ('Open Orders_BOM'[REQUIRED_QUANTITY]) - AVERAGE('Open Orders_BOM'[ON_HAND])

hi parry2k, not working.. i dont have the correct calculation for [On Hand] as well as it is showing 1240 instead of 32.
