Data I posted,  you could copy to excel and parse.  Any suggestion would be welcome. Thanks so much for your help.

    I'm a little confused about your requirement.

     

    Do you want to create calculated column or measure? 

     

    If it is convenient, could you share your desired output so that I can understand your logic better and get the solution.
