    Hi,

    This calculated column formula works

    Column = CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT(Data[Pack]),FILTER(Data,Data[Location]=EARLIER(Data[Location])&&Data[Manufacturing line]=EARLIER(Data[Manufacturing line])))
